GOI CLASSIFICATION METHOD

The GOI classification procedure

In the need to classify the cuantious group at Karakura, the KUERT applies the liberty classification method. This method values how much dangerous is certain group.

To use this method we need to put ourselves in a mental experiment revolving around this question.“If the group weren’t to be punished for any illegal action that they were planning on commit?” what would happen.

Group Classes

Safe class.

If the group would (never)/(almost never) commit any crimes we are facing a safe group.

Euclid Class

If it couldn't be known if the group would commit crimes or the range of the crimes, the Euclid is the best option of classification. The mystery surrounding these groups makes them even more dangerous.

Tard Class

The group would mostly commit lesser crimes, the ethiquete for those is Tard. The group would commit crimes like illegal alc sell, organized assault, robbery, even murder. Most of these groups are small gangs

Keter Class

The group commits crimes. A keter class is a beacon of chaos. The group is known among people. Organized criminals with much more power. Stay away from any people from these groups. Keter groups often fight against each other for power

Apollion Class

The group could commit any type of crime. Apollion in a certain way means the death of an state power. The group would have corrupted other public institutions. If we knew one we would be probably dead. It is theorized that instead of being gangs these groups would be made of corrupt  and powerful figures of the public institutions from Karakura. Grating them unlimited power.

Thaumiel Class

The group would (never/mostly never) commit any crimes. The group would enforce the law. The group would work to to make sure even themselves follow it.

Archon Class

The group would commit lesser crimes in order to have a positive effect on society.

Fallen Class

The group has been disolved. Doesn't exist.
